The hospital quoted her winning nomination: "Heather is always helping everyone in the office. She consistently fills in, even going above and beyond to fill in at other offices when the need arises. She is known for being understanding to patients, and staying calm and caring no matter the circumstance. Heather is the amazing kind of coworker everyone would like to have."
