Bancroft council adopts Ordinance 316-26 to sell 108 Warren St.
Six council members voted yes at a 10-minute special meeting on Aug. 18; three were absent and the minutes list no sale price.
The Bancroft Village Council voted 6-0 on Tuesday, Aug. 18, to adopt Ordinance 316-26 in connection with the sale of 108 Warren St., according to the special meeting minutes submitted by Village President Brian M. Barnum.
The minutes list the item under new business as "Sale of 108 Warren St" and record that "discussion was held" before the vote. Council member H. Boggetta moved to adopt the ordinance and B. Monroe seconded it. Voting yes were Boggetta, Monroe, L. Fall, F. Simpson, E. Labadie and Barnum. No member voted no.
Three council members were absent: T. Holmes, H. Holmes and C. Hutchins, the minutes state.

The special meeting was held at the Bancroft Municipal Complex, 503 W. The minutes record no public comment in either the first or second comment session, no communications and no council comments. Labadie moved to adjourn, Boggetta seconded, and the council adjourned at 7:16 p.m. on a 6-0 vote.
