That result closes one of the open items The Current flagged late Friday, when we published the night's football roundup with five county finals still unreturned. Four of those five are now in.
Perry beat International Academy of Flint 38-12. Durand beat Mt. Morris 28-10. Byron lost to Memphis 55-7.
Three county football games still have no confirmed final: Laingsburg at Michigan Lutheran Seminary, New Lothrop at LakeVille Memorial and Montabella at Morrice. The result was not available at our deadline in each case. The schools and the score desk are the sources, and we will log them as they come.
