What am I watching?
The 35th Circuit Court is Shiawassee County's trial court for major civil cases and felonies — the courtroom where the county's biggest legal decisions happen, like the ruling that struck down Owosso's water and sewer connection fees. Hearings are public by law; the stream is the court's way of keeping that door open without requiring the drive.
